Orders within the continental United States are shipped via UPS (NOTE: UPS does not deliver to P.O. boxes) from our warehouse in NY. Please allow 1 day for order processing. The expected delivery date (EDD) is displayed during the checkout process. You will typically receive a tracking number in 1 business working day from the time you place the order. UPS business days are Monday - Friday, excluding holidays; this is taken into consideration in the expected delivery date shown during the checkout process.

At Triplets Are More Fun, we stand behind our products, our service and you, our customer. If, for any reason, you or your gift recipient is not fully satisfied with your gift, please do not hesitate to let us know and we will exchange it or issue a refund.
(Please note that monogrammed and personalized gifts are not eligible for exchange or refund unless they are damaged. Additionally, we are unable to refund gift box or gift wrap charges and cannot accept them as a return.)
Returns and Exchanges
Triplets Are More Fun is happy to replace a gift with another selection, or issue a refund according to our guarantee described above. To return or exchange an item, please follow these simple steps:

Repack the gift in its original packaging, if possible, with the packing slip.

Obtain a gift return (GR) number and our return address by emailing Customer Service 24 hours a day, seven days a week by clicking on the “Contact Us” link on our website.
For your security, please return your gift with an insured courier (e.g., FedEx, UPS, USPS Parcel Post) and retain your receipt. Triplets Are More Fun, Inc. is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.
